Nature: Exploring Light and Shadow during Fall 2026 Shwab Art Club

Nature: Exploring Light & Shadows

Students went outside to observe how light creates highlights and shadows. Students used shadows created by angles of light to sketch and paint natural objects. They experimented with creating shadows using leaves, rocks, fences, sticks, and other objects. With our extra time, students collected items from nature to use in their collage piece in next week’s Art Club session.
