Our Partner Network

Our partners help us create more opportunities for artists, young people, and community members to make, experience, share, and engage with art. From schools and cultural institutions to businesses, nonprofits, housing organizations, and community groups, our partnerships extend our impact far beyond our studio. We are grateful to the organizations and individuals who help make creative opportunity possible. Daybreak's partnerships take many forms, including:

How We Partner

Create Opportunities for Artists

We work with organizations that want to create meaningful opportunities for Daybreak Artists to share their talents and earn income.

Partners can commission artwork, purchase original art, host an exhibition, book an artist for a performance or workshop, or invite an artist to participate in a creative experience.

Bring Art Into Your Space

Our Exhibition Partner Network connects Daybreak Artists with organizations throughout the community.

Partners can host rotating exhibitions of original artwork in offices, businesses, community spaces, healthcare settings, hotels, and other public-facing environments—bringing local art to new audiences while creating visibility and potential sales opportunities for artists.

Expand Access to Creative Experiences

We partner with schools, cultural organizations, artists, and community groups to provide workshops, field trips, performances, demonstrations, and other creative experiences.

These partnerships help people encounter art in new ways and create opportunities for connection across different communities and generations.

Connect Artists With Community

Daybreak works alongside housing organizations, social-service providers, and other community partners to help people experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity discover and access creative opportunities.

Our goal is to make creative participation a welcoming and accessible part of the broader network of resources available to the people we serve.

Invest in the Future

Foundations, corporations, businesses, and individual supporters provide the resources that allow Daybreak to sustain and grow its programs.

Partnerships can include program sponsorship, grants, in-kind donations, volunteer engagement, event support, and investments in our creative space and infrastructure.

Partnership in Action

A partnership with Daybreak can begin in many ways.

A business might host a rotating exhibition and later commission artwork from a Daybreak Artist. A school might begin with a creative workshop and develop an ongoing youth arts partnership. A cultural organization might provide a field trip or teaching opportunity. A company might donate materials that help artists create new work.

We look for partnerships that are mutually beneficial and, most importantly, create meaningful opportunities for the people we serve.
