Conexión Américas Exhibition

EXHIBITION DATES: SEPTEMBER 30, 2018 - JANUARY 8, 2019
ARTIST RECEPTION: Thursday, October 4th @ 6:30 PM

Poverty & the Arts is thrilled to be the next exhibit at Casa Azafrán, which stands at the gateway to Nashville’s most international and socially diverse district conveniently located near downtown Nashville and is both a beautiful event space and home to a collective of nonprofits who offer services in education, legal, health care and the arts to immigrants, refugees and the community as a whole.

The Casa Azafrán Gallery, housed within the community center, exhibits community artwork as well as work from renowned artists throughout the year. The gallery engages and brings people together through the arts in a welcoming environment to shape and enrich the quality of life for the residents and visitors of South Nashville by driving equity and inclusion in the arts.
